Shipping
Shipping costs covers shipping, handling and delivery confirmation for all buyer, domestic and / or international.
We do have a flat rate for domestic and international buyers, which is affordable and a simple way to ship.
You can save with multiple purchases. A combine shipping is offered toward the second and beyond purchased item made within 5 days. Please email me for quotes. We calculate it upon size and destination. This is good for domestic and international shipping.
I do ship the cheapest way possible,so we can guarantee nobody will pay a lot with shipping, but we also offer an optional GET IT FAST delivery or UPS GROUND, if you decide you need the item sooner . Ask us about it. We usually ship within 3 business days after cleared payment.
Sellers are not responsible for shipping services transit times. It may vary, particularly during peak season.
Insurance
We do care as much as possible handling and shipping the item, but sometimes things go wrong during the delivery transit.
Yes. We do offer insurance for breakable items for domestic and Canada only. Not available for other international buyers. Ask us about it. Here you can feel confidence.
Returns
No returns accepted. We do accept returns only on fashion jewelry, within in 3 days after the buyer receives the item, and the refund is made as a merchandise credit, not cash refund. Buyer pays for return shipping.
For everything else , the exception for returns it will be honored only for misrepresented pieces, and must be within 3 days after buyer receives item. Buyer will wait until the item returns to make the refund as a merchandise credit, unless other arrangements are made between buyer and seller through email. The item must be returned the same way as it was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
